I'm Dr. Kimberly
This work is my love letter to my past self, who was distant from her body and her purpose, and knew a deeper intimacy must be possible. With a M.A. from Yale, a PhD, in-depth coaching training and years of experience, it is my deep honor and pleasure to weave the intellectual side of empowerment, healing and intimacy work in with the embodied, playful practices of pleasure.

Do I need to believe in God to join?
No. SACRED is not about telling you what to believe. It is about helping you examine what you were taught, understand how it shaped you, and create a relationship with spirituality, God, or the sacred that feels honest and chosen.
What if I no longer identify as Christian at all?
You are welcome too. SACRED makes room for women across the spectrum of belief, including those who are spiritual, questioning, agnostic, deconstructing, or simply curious about what might exist beyond the religion they inherited.
Why are money and sexuality included in a course about God?
Because many women were taught that wanting, receiving, wealth, visibility, or power made them less spiritual. SACRED looks at what happens when we stop making women’s desire for resources, impact, and abundance morally suspect.
What if I still consider myself Christian?
You are absolutely welcome. This space is for questioning, exploring, reclaiming, and deepening — not for forcing you to leave your faith behind.
Is this an anti-Christian or anti-religion course?
No. We will critically examine religious systems, patriarchy, purity culture, theology, and spiritual abuse, but the goal is not to ridicule faith. The goal is to separate the sacred from the shame and fear that may have become tangled up with it.
What is the schedule? How will it work?
SACRED will run live on Tuesday mornings, starting on September 22, at 11 am Pacific.

Each call will begin with a live teaching & coaching session with Dr. Kimberly, which will be recorded and that you'll keep lifetime access to. Following that, there will be live Q&A and discussion, off the record, where you can ask anything.

It’s to feel holy and sacred again — and to build a life you are deeply devoted to.
